Supporting Our Community
There is a strong sense of community amongst the Recruitment Edge team. From fund-raising activities for local charities and hospitals, through to networking events and educational opportunities for local businesses, Recruitment Edge takes pride in the fact that they contribute to the community.
Led by Managing Director, Tania Kapell, the consultants and staff show their support for the community (businesses, individuals and charitable organisations) in a variety of ways.
Supporting Local Businesses
Tania is a long-standing member, and former Chairperson of the Botany Bay Business Enterprise Centre (BB BEC). Through her involvement in the local BB BEC, Tania has helped the group to support local businesses in the formation of strategic alliances, community liaison and cross referral programs.
Recruitment Edge host regular networking functions for local HR and Recruitment Executives. At these events, guest speakers are invited to cover topics of interest to attendees and all guests are encouraged to network and develop professional alliances and support groups.
