National organisation located in the Sutherland Shire has an opportunity for an experienced HR Co-ordinator to join their team for a minimum of 6 months.
This is a newly created role and the primary objective of the HR Co-ordinator is to assist the HR team in delivering advice and support to staff across the business.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Administrative support to the HR team
- Assist & organise interview panels
- Co-ordinate customer enquiries via email and face to face
- Maintain HR information systems
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of current HR legislation and statutory regulations
- Provide assistance in all areas of HR as required with confidentiality in a professional manner.
To be successful your skills and experience will include:
- Certificate IV in HR or related discipline
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent computer skills incl MS Office
- Ability to interpret and apply policy and procedures.
