National organization located in the Sutherland Shire has an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team for 6-12 months.
This position provides advice and support to managers and staff on all aspects of HR to ensure policies and procedures are consistent across the organization.
The main responsibilities in the role are:
Establish position descriptions and undertake reviews
Participate on interview panels
Develop and implement HR policy and procedures which are user friendly and aligned with legislative requirements
Provide policy and procedural advice to support Managers on HR issues, including recruitment, performance management, training and associated issues
Maintain accurate records and databases to support HR
This position requires a strong customer focus with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal customers.
Your skills and experience will include:
Qualifications in HR or related field preferred
Experience across a range of HR functions
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, negotiation and conflict resolution
Knowledge of HR systems
Ability to interact at all levels
Knowledge of SAP highly regarded
