We’re growing and looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our small, high-performing team.

Your Role:

In this end-to-end recruitment role, you will manage both temporary and permanent vacancies while building trusted relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle

• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs

• Source, screen and interview candidates

• Manage temporary workforce placements

• Build and maintain talent pipelines

• Conduct business development activities

• Service warm leads and convert new opportunities

• Provide exceptional candidate and client care

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is driven, relationship-focused and enjoys working in a collaborative boutique environment.

You will bring:

• Previous recruitment or agency experience (preferred)

• Strong business development capability

• A proactive, self-starter mindset

• Excellent communication and relationship skills

• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities

• Passion for delivering quality outcomes
