Due to continued growth, a new opportunity has been created within their long-standing customer service team, and your contribution will be key to ensuring that a high level of service continues to be delivered to their loyal customer base.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

Handling pre and post B2B customer sales enquiries re pricing, stock availability, product information, delivery schedules via email and phone

Processing customer orders & sample requests
-
Preparing pro-forma invoices
-
Processing returns & credits
-
Liaising with the Purchasing team & freight companies regarding deliveries, shipping timelines etc.

Assisting customers in showroom as required
Essential skills & experience:
-
Previous experience in a product-based B2B customer service role including the processing of orders
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of the team

Experience using CRM systems and intermediate MS Word & Excel
