Australian owned, represented & inspired globally, this long-standing wholesale supplier of commercial textiles & interior finishes is renowned for their innovative, high-quality products. 

Due to continued growth, a new opportunity has been created within their long-standing customer service team, and your contribution will be key to ensuring that a high level of service continues to be delivered to their loyal customer base. 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling pre and post B2B customer sales enquiries re pricing, stock availability, product information, delivery schedules via email and phone

  • Processing customer orders & sample requests

  • Preparing pro-forma invoices

  • Processing returns & credits

  • Liaising with the Purchasing team & freight companies regarding deliveries, shipping timelines etc.

  • Assisting customers in showroom as required

Essential skills & experience:

  • Previous experience in a product-based B2B customer service role including the processing of orders

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of the team

  • Experience using CRM systems and intermediate MS Word & Excel
