Customer Service Admin

This company is a well-established, successful organisation with a reputation as a market leader within the local & global marketplace.

You will be part of a friendly team that provides broad sales admin support relating to customer orders in order to deliver a high standard of service to internal & external customers.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Checking & entering sales & purchase orders

• Checking proof of delivery for invoicing 

• Assisting with preparation of quotes

• Assisting with preparation of shipping & delivery documents

• Assisting with preparing | packing of parts orders

• Liaising with customers, manufacturing, couriers, freight companies

• General admin support to sales team as required

• Relief reception as required

To secure this opportunity, you will have some previous customer service (retail, hospitality, call centre) or office experience; willingness to learn & develop; good communication skills; and working knowledge of MS Word. TAFE qualification in Business Admin desirable.
