Your Role:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing professional HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, WHS, learning and development, payroll and compliance.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining accurate HR records and databases (HRIS)

Supporting payroll processing and employee benefits administration

Contributing to workplace health and safety initiatives

Assisting in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
-
Preparing HR reports and analytics for management
-
Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, working with agencies as appropriate

Supporting onboarding and induction of new employees
-
Providing advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
-
Assisting with performance review coordination and documentation
-
Assisting with Learning & Development activities (coordination of training programs)
-
Assisting with employee engagement activities (recognition programs, engagement surveys etc).
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
-
Previous experience in a generalist HR role
-
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
-
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
