Continued growth has created an opportunity for a proactive Group Accountant looking to make an impact and take responsibility for formulating the financial business strategy in order to meet the company's objectives.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the management team, you will enjoy a broad role combining both financial and management accounting. Some of your specific responsibilities will include:-

• Developing accounting processes & procedures
  
• Managing the accounting, taxation and payroll service (approx 80 staff) ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate authorities
  
• Monthly reporting
  
• Analysis of financial reports
  
• Monitoring and reporting of actuals V budget
  
• Analysis & interpretation of financial & management data
  
• Ensuring the effective utilisation of cash resources
  
• Supervision of Accounts Assistant.

To secure this opportunity, you must be a qualified accounting professional with CPA (or studying towards) accredition coupled with substantial experience in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing/distribution (or related) environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications & strong verbal/written communication skills are essential.
