  • Hybrid role - WFH 2 days |  on-site 3 days post initial training

Your Role:

Opportunity to showcase your customer service skills as a member of a small dedicated customer service team!

Your contribution will be key to the ongoing delivery of an an excellent customer experience.

You will enjoy a varied role with responsibilities including:

  • Timely & accurate processing of customer orders

  • Responding to customer requests and queries (via email, phone, chat)

  • Liaising with transport providers and internal stakeholders

  • Resolving any customer issues including delivery, claims, and returns

  • Monitoring stock transfers & levels

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a product-based customer service role 

  • Processing of customer | sales orders

  • Experience using an ERP | CRM system such as SAP or similar

  • Any exposure to the logistics and | or wine industry an advantage
