  • Opportunity to really make an impact providing key admin assistance to the Senior Campus Operations Coordinator

  • Engage in a broad range of day to day and project-based activities to ensure the delivery of a high standard of customer service and the smooth operation of the College's buildings & facilities

  • Strong focus on administrative activities, coordination, and engagement with internal & external stakeholders 

·        Mon to Fri - primarily 9am to 5pm (on-site)

Your Role:

Reporting to the Senior Operations Coordinator, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing & evaluating requests relating to facilities & site issues

  • Managing the receipting & processing of invoices and credit card reconciliations

  • Responding to incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries

  • Handling submissions for ID cards & interacting with security team regarding staff access and building security needs

  • Coordinating site inductions for new staff

  • Organising catering and assisting with set-up etc. for staff and student events

  • Maintaining the database and Excel spreadsheets

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Current Driver Licence (preferred)

  • Well-developed administrative skills and a strong customer service focus

  • Some experience organising corporate catering | events an advantage

  • Intermediate to advance MS Word + Excel skills
