You will be an integral part of the Finance team, where you will be responsible for reconciling local and overseas bank accounts.
Some of your responsibilities will include:-
- Produce weekly cash reports.
- Maintenance of bank accounts, i.e. ensuring all bank accounts are retained in credit, ensuring accurate movement of funds.
- Bank reconciliations including foreign currency accounts.
- Accurate record keeping and filing of bank related communication
- Assist in other accounting functions, including month-end tasks.
To secure this position you will have had exposure to high volume bank account reconciliations with a knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Excel. SAP exposure highly regarded. You will also require excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Accounting diploma qualification or (currently completing) is essential.
