Some of your responsibilities will include:-
- Taking inbound sales inquiries.
- Quoting price from price list.
- Provide first level resolution of issues where possible.
- Logging unresolved issues and assigning to appropriate area.
- Taking existing customer booking calls.
- Capturing sales leads assigning to Sales Support.
To achieve success in this role you must have previous experience in a busy telephone customer service centre, coupled with clear confident and professional communication skills.
Exposure to SAP highly regarded. A minimum of 30wpm typing, accurate data entry and computer literate in MSWord & Excel is essential.
