Some of your responsibilities will include:-

• Processing orders, invoicing and basic collections.
  
• Maintenance of customer accounts in database.
  
• Advising customers of back orders, delivery times, account enquiries.
  
• Receipting of weekly inventory shipment.
  
• Back up in the modern, temperature controlled stores/warehouse.

To secure this role you must be a proactive teamplayer with previous customer service experience in a product based environment coupled with an eye for detail, proficient keyboard skills & intermediate MS Word & Excel. Exposure to SAP will be highly regarded.
