Due to ongoing growth, we now need a dynamic, motivated and professional recruitment specialist to take on the newly created role of Business Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to step in and really drive our business to the next level.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading our experienced team of recruitment consultants and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our agency. Most importantly, you will also be responsible for growing our business - developing and implementing sales strategies that will support and maintain our position at the forefront of the industry.

Whilst this is not a hands-on consulting role you must have a thorough understanding of the industry and relevant, practical experience.

Core responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring relevant targets are met
  
• Business development
  
• Managing the permanent and
  temporary recruitment divisions
  
• Leading, mentoring and managing staff
  
• Managing key accounts and client
  relationship management
  
• Managing day-to-day operations

To be successful in this role you will require:
