We require an energetic Temporary Consultant to work within our close knit team on a warm temp desk. The position will commence from July 2010 and will include training and handover.

To be considered you will ideally have recruitment industry experience (office support and blue collar) however with the right attitude and transferable skills we welcome applications from outside the industry.

Core job responsibilities include:

Taking job orders

Advertising, sourcing and interviewing candidates

Conducting reference checks

Liaising with clients and candidates (phone calls and on-site meetings)

Payroll preparation

General office support (overflow of phone calls and general admin)

To be successful for this role you will be required to have the following:

Ability to work under pressure (it’s a temp desk!) and meet deadlines

A friendly and professional attitude

Excellent phone and interview manner

Strong organisational and time management skills

Confidence in the area of negotiation

Intermediate-Advanced MS Office

Own transport

Previous recruitment experience (office support and blue collar) – highly regarded
