  • Your focus will be to build strong networking relationships in order to gain insights and influence change that will maximise customer experience for all clients & key stakeholders 
  • 35 hour week - hybrid role (2 WFH | 3 on-site)
  • Waterfront CBD offices
  • To $150K + super

Your Role:

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, your focus will be to enhance and deliver a seamless customer journey to all external clients and key stakeholders whilst also participating in promoting the customer messaging internally.

You will engage and collaborate with customers, local & state government departments and communities in order to gain valuable insights & support initiatives whilst advocating on their behalf in order to drive end-user customer satisfaction.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring strong networking relationships with all key local government & community stakeholders aligned to commercial & property projects
  • Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities where ever necessary 
  • Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
  • Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery and delivering on what may be required on a commercial level
  • Collaborating with the Corporate Communications team to drive consistent messaging to the market and providing the business with updates 
  • Updating all customers on news & developments regularly
  • Conducting regular reviews and assisting in new & exciting ways to engage customers and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Well-developed customer | stakeholder engagement | management skills 
  • Proven background in developing and delivering customer experience | satisfaction projects 
  • Experience in property portfolios - understanding the needs of commercial property tenants 
  • Ability to draft and prepare reports & documents for Executive approval
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Experience working with CRMs
  • Experience in a similar role within the transport sector (aviation, rail etc.) an advantage
