The Company:

With a reputation for supplying high-end commercial & residential interior products for new builds and re-fit projects across Australia, this organisation continues to go from strength to strength.

Your Role:

Reporting to the Distribution Manager NSW, your new role offers plenty of variety as you travel to different customer sites in order to assemble | install a range of interior products whilst providing leadership to a small team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and the delivery of quality service & products.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Installation and assembly of office furniture | interior products within commercial, educational, hospitality, and some residential spaces
  • Ensuring items have been installed correctly and safely
  • Daily supervision of a small team of Installers
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Delivery of products to customer sites including inspection of products 
  • Providing customers with product information and any training required on installed products
  • Assisting with warehouse duties (such as container loading | unloading, receiving & dispatch) as required by the warehouse team 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in installation | assembly of products (preferred) or similar such as carpentry, trade assistant | labouring, joinery, fit-outs etc.
  • Ability to read basic plans and confident with the use of battery operated tools
  • Proven ability to lead a small team
  • Current White Card
  • Driver licence
  • Good communication skills and customer service focus
